This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains how SkyGym gym collects, uses, stores and processes personal data obtained from visitors of this website (skygym.lt) and from gym members. By using this website or submitting your data through its forms, you agree to the data handling described in this Policy.

  • Membership / pricing enquiries (name, email, phone number, selected plan) — used to process membership sign-ups and provide information about plans.
  • Website analytics (Google Analytics) — used to understand how visitors use the website and to improve it.
  • Marketing / newsletters — if you separately opt in to receive news and offers by email, your email address is used for this purpose until you withdraw consent.

4. Legal basis for processing

  • Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) — when you submit an enquiry through a form or opt in to receive newsletters.
  • Performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) — when data is needed to set up and run a membership agreement.

The following trusted service providers (data processors) may help process your data:

  • GoHighLevel (GHL) — the customer relationship management (CRM) system used to manage enquiries and member data.
  • Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) — for website traffic statistics.
  • Hostinger — our hosting provider, whose servers technically store the website and its data.

Data is shared with third parties only to the extent necessary for the purposes above, and only under data processing agreements in place with them.

6. Data retention period
