GYM
RULES

Rules approved on 8 August 2013.

Every Visitor who purchases a fixed-term pass or pays a single-visit fee at the "SkyGym" gym gains the right to use the services provided by the "SkyGym" gym, and by doing so confirms that they are familiar with the "SkyGym" gym's house rules and undertakes to comply with them unconditionally.

The rules (hereinafter — the Rules) of "SkyGym" gym, business licence no. UU588189-1, located at Ateities 10, Vilnius (hereinafter — the Gym), are binding on all persons who use the Gym's services. All persons wishing to use the Gym's services (hereinafter — the Visitor) must familiarize themselves with and comply with the Rules. For minors, the parents are responsible: by confirming that the minor's state of health allows them to use the Gym's services, that the minor Visitor has fully familiarized themselves with the Rules and will comply with them, the parents also guarantee compensation, in accordance with the procedure established by Lithuanian law, for any damage caused by the minor Visitor to the Gym or third parties, and are responsible for the minor's proper conduct at the Gym and for any impairment to their health.
Visitors wishing to use the Gym's services must pay a single-visit fee or purchase a fixed-term pass (hereinafter — the Pass). When purchasing a Pass, the Visitor must present an identity document and provide their personal details (first name, surname, phone number). The Visitor's personal and contact details are recorded in the gym's visitor management system and log for the purpose of concluding the fitness services agreement. The Visitor chooses and confirms with their signature in the registration log their preferred method of identification: by scanning their fingerprint at their first registration. The Visitor may provide information about their neighbourhood of residence for statistical purposes. On every visit, they must check in at the terminal (by scanning their fingerprint).
The validity period of a Pass may be suspended, after prior written notice to the gym, as follows:
  • a 1-month Pass may not be suspended under any circumstances;
  • a 3-month Pass may be suspended once, for up to 7 days;
  • a 6-month Pass may be suspended once, for up to 14 days;
  • a 12-month Pass may be suspended twice, for up to 30 days.
Once a Pass has been purchased, the Visitor must begin using the Gym no later than 30 days later. If 30 days pass after payment without a visit to the Gym, the Pass is activated automatically and its validity period begins to run. Money paid for an unused Pass is non-refundable.
Visitors with a single-visit entry or a full Pass are admitted to the Gym from 6:00 to 22:00 on weekdays, and from 10:00 to 18:00 on weekends and public holidays. The Gym administration reserves the right to change the Gym's opening hours in connection with holidays and non-working days, having informed Visitors by notice no later than two days in advance.
There is no limit on the length of a visit to the Gym. Before starting to train, it is recommended that you check your state of health and consult your doctor to make sure your health allows you to use the Gym's services. Full responsibility for any health impairment or accident suffered by the Visitor while at the Gym rests with the Visitor. The Gym is not liable for, and will not compensate, any material or non-material damage to the Visitor's health or life.
Visitors must leave personal belongings in the lockable lockers in the changing rooms. The Gym is not liable for the loss, theft or damage of Visitors' personal belongings. Please do not leave personal items unattended. Belongings left behind by a Visitor are kept at the Gym for 30 days.
Visitors must take care of their changing room locker key and return it undamaged before leaving the gym. A one-off fee of €3 applies for a lost or damaged key. If payment for lost or damaged items is not settled, the Visitor's pass becomes invalid.
Children under 7 are not admitted to the gym; children aged 14 and over who have purchased a visitor's pass or a single-visit service are admitted to the gym only with the written consent of a parent or guardian.
While on the Gym's premises, Visitors must:
  • wear clothing intended for sport only, and suitable, clean footwear;
  • familiarize themselves with the rules and methods for using the available equipment, and use the Gym's inventory and equipment only for its direct intended purpose;
  • if in doubt about the use or purpose of any equipment or inventory, ask Gym staff for information;
  • before performing an exercise, it is recommended to lay down your own towel on the machine;
  • after using a piece of equipment, leave it clean and tidy, and return weights to their designated place;
  • not interfere with other Visitors' use of the Gym's services; immediately inform Gym staff of any equipment faults noticed, and not use equipment that is temporarily out of order.
On the Gym's premises, Visitors are prohibited from:
  • being intoxicated or under the influence of psychoactive substances;
  • photographing or filming without the written permission of the Gym administration;
  • bringing in or consuming alcoholic drinks or food, or smoking.
The Gym has the right, for Visitors who fail to comply with points 8, 9, 10 and 14 of these rules, to terminate the Pass and refuse to extend it, and to refuse entry to the Gym to a Visitor who has violated the rules.
